We are college students raised in rural Nebraska, combining our passion for cattle with a commitment to quality. At Cowboy Quality Beef Co., we raise every animal ourselves—from birth to finish—using a nutrition program led by a PhD expert.
Our beef is fully traceable, raised with no unnecessary antibiotics, and hand-delivered by us. We focus on genetics, nutrition, and humane care to produce consistently high-quality, flavorful beef you can feel good about putting on your table.
